All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds of any kind once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jimbojacks.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually.
